What are the Features of CNC Standard Test Sieve Products

  • The sieve frame is deep-drawn and polished from SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm, presenting a mirror finish. The integrally formed frame is sturdy, durable and non-magnetic. The sieve mesh is fixed to the frame by tin soldering to avoid loosening, and it can withstand temperatures below 300°C. The sieve frame is deep-drawn and polished from SUS304 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 6 mm; it features mirror surface, high robustness, long service life and non-magnetic property. The tin welding connection between mesh and frame prevents mesh slackness.

  • Apertures are manufactured in strict accordance with aperture specifications, so products of the same specification produced at different times have consistent aperture sizes.For wire woven test sieves, the minimum square aperture reaches 0.02 mm (20 μm), and the minimum triangular aperture reaches 0.005 mm (5 μm). The mesh is woven per GB/T 6003.1-1997, complying with ISO3310-1:1990 international standard for R20/3, R20 and R40/3 series. Mesh materials available include H80 brass and SUS304 stainless steel. Electroplating and chemical treatment can be applied to obtain smooth and wear-resistant mesh surface; the joints of warp and weft wires are tightly locked so apertures will not deform after long-term use.Our test sieves guarantee precise dimensional uniformity: identical aperture sizes are maintained for the same model produced on different dates to ensure repeatable test results.Aperture sizes of Tyler sieves are close to GB/T 6003.1-1997. For example, Chinese No.140 sieve has a 106 μm aperture, while US standard 140# sieve and Tyler 150# sieve have a 105 μm aperture. Custom processing is available as per customer demands. We can supply matching Tyler sieves with 105 μm mesh that fully meet requirements on aperture dimension and appearance.

  • Perforated plate test sieves are processed in accordance with GB/T 6003.2-1997 and comply with ISO3310-2:1990 international standard R20/3, R20, R40/3 series.We also produce tapping sieve shakers and standard sieve shakers matched with φ200 standard test sieves. These shakers meet national standards and can hold up to 8 layers of standard sieves. Equipped with a timer for automatic power-off, they guarantee consistent results for every production batch and laboratory test.
