It is widely used in laboratories and quality inspection rooms for screening, filtering and testing the particle size composition of granular and powdery materials, as well as the solid and impurity content in liquids. Our ZY(C)-200A standard test sieve is jointly designed and manufactured with universities. It adopts the vibration excitation principle of the motor to toss materials up on the screen surface and drive them to move spirally. With properly matched screens, it realizes screening, and is suitable for fractionation, grading and particle size analysis of materials of various mesh sizes.

Product Function & Working Principle
The ZY-200 standard vibrating test sieve takes a vibration motor as the vibration source. Vibration from the motor drives the base of the sieve machine, which further transmits vibration to the stacked standard test sieves placed on the base. Material particles smaller than the screen apertures pass down to the lower sieve layer. Layer-by-layer screening retains particles of uniform size on each sieve, achieving separation of different particle sizes and determining the particle size distribution of the material, so as to efficiently complete screening, grading and filtration of samples.
Operation Instructions
Loosen the bakelite handle first, then unscrew the compression rod lock nut, and lift up the pressure plate and compression rod.
Put the sample material to be screened into the sieve frame, place the sieve frame on the bottom frame and cover with the sieve lid.
Put the assembled sieve stack into the circular groove of the tray.
Lower the pressure plate and compression rod, tighten the compression rod nut first, then fasten the bakelite handle.
Set the screening time on the time relay by hour (h), minute (m) and second (s).
Connect the power cord to the socket at the rear of the machine and switch on 220V power supply.
Turn on the power switch and press the start button to begin operation.
The machine will stop automatically once the preset time elapses.
To halt operation midway, press the stop button and the test sieve will stop working immediately.
