Standard test sieves adopt vertical vibration motors as the vibration source. The vibration motor drives the upper vibrating tray, which transfers vibration to the sieve frames placed on top of the tray. Material particles smaller than the mesh apertures pass through the target sieve frame into the layer below. Through this layered screening process, each test sieve retains materials of uniform particle size, realizing separation of particles with different sizes, determining the particle size composition of materials, and achieving effective filtration, grading and screening.

Operation Precautions
Adjust the operation time as required. The first two digits of the time relay represent minutes, and the last two represent seconds. Set the reading of the time relay to your desired duration.
Place the test sieve frames inside the equipment and tighten the nuts before starting the machine.
The test sieve shaker will shut down automatically once the running time reaches the preset value; take out the sieve frames carefully afterwards.
