Stainless steel sintered metal mesh generally adopts a five-layer structure consisting of protective layer, filter layer, separation layer and support layer. This filter medium features uniform and stable filtration precision together with high strength and rigidity, making it an ideal filter material for working conditions requiring high compressive strength and consistent filtration particle size.

Its filtration mechanism is surface filtration with smooth mesh channels, delivering excellent backwashing regeneration performance for repeated long-term service. It is especially suitable for continuous and automated production processes with unmatched advantages over other filter media.

The sintered mesh material is easy to form, machine and weld, and can be fabricated into filter elements of various shapes such as round, cylindrical, conical and corrugated types.
