1. Removal of Grease Contamination

Wipe off grease, lubricating oil and other contaminants on the surface of Xinmingde stainless steel vibrating sieve with a soft cloth first, then clean it with neutral detergent such as ammonia water or special-purpose cleaner.

2. Cleaning Dust and Dirt on Surface

Dust and other easily removable dirt on the sieve surface can be cleaned with soap, mild alkaline detergent or warm water.For labels and protective films attached to the stainless steel surface, wash them with warm water and mild detergent first. If residues remain, wipe them off with alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene).

3. Treatment of Surface Rust

Rust caused by dirt on the Xinmingde stainless steel vibrating sieve can be removed with 10% nitric acid, abrasive cleaner or dedicated stainless steel cleaning agent.
