Add 10 kg of lubricating oil before startup. Check whether the rotation direction matches the arrow marked on the motor housing; reverse rotation is prohibited.

Place the sieve stack loaded with samples on the lower sieve tray, and adjust the lifting bracket to clamp the sieve stack tightly between the upper and lower trays.

Precautions

Adjust the lifting bracket and tighten the wing nut.

Always maintain an oil film on the top surface of the machine cover to prevent rust spots.

Frequently lubricate moving parts and add oil regularly to extend service life.

The whole machine must be installed at a fixed position to reduce vibration.
