What Accessories Make Up Xinmingde XMD Test Sieve?

Test sieves are common laboratory testing equipment. Based on different application scenarios, we offer two models: DT-200 test sieve and DT-300 test sieve. Test sieves deliver highly precise testing results. Next, technicians from Detai Machinery will introduce the main components of test sieves.

Sieve Frame

It holds the sieve mesh to form a screening unit for material analysis, serving as one of the core components of the test sieve machine.

Motor

The motor controls all vibration and amplitude adjustment during operation, an indispensable part of the test sieve.

Time Relay

Located in the machine base, it allows users to freely set running duration. The unit will automatically stop once the preset time elapses.

The above three are the key components of the test sieve. Equipped with these parts, the equipment achieves high-precision testing performance. Additionally, the test sieve features integrated molding for robust durability and non-magnetic properties. The sieve mesh is fixed to the frame via tin soldering to prevent loosening, and it can withstand temperatures below 300°C.

The sieve frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel through deep drawing and polishing, with a wall thickness of 6 mm and a mirror-smooth surface. It is sturdy, durable and non-magnetic; the tin-soldered connection between mesh and frame avoids slackness. It complies with international standard ISO3310-2:1990 for R20/3, R20, R40/3 series.

Our company also manufactures tapping sieve shakers and standard sieve shakers compatible with φ200 standard test sieves. These shakers meet relevant standards and can hold up to 8 layers of standard sieves. Equipped with a timer for automatic power-off, they ensure consistent results for every batch of production or laboratory test.
