The sieve frame is deep-drawn and polished from SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm, featuring a mirror-like surface. The integrally formed frame is sturdy, durable and non-magnetic. The sieve mesh is tin-soldered to the frame to prevent loosening, and it can withstand temperatures below 300°C. The sieve frame adopts SUS304 stainless steel through deep drawing and polishing with a wall thickness of 6 mm; it has a mirror finish, high strength, long service life and no magnetism. The tin welding between mesh and frame avoids mesh slackness.
Mesh apertures are produced in accordance with aperture specifications, ensuring identical aperture sizes for the same model manufactured at different times.
For metal wire woven test sieves, the minimum square aperture reaches 0.02 mm (20 μm), and the minimum triangular aperture reaches 0.005 mm (5 μm). The mesh is woven in compliance with GB/T 6003.1-1997, conforming to the international standard ISO3310-1:1990 R20/3, R20 and R40/3 series. Available mesh materials include H80 brass and SUS304 stainless steel. Electroplating and chemical treatment can be applied to create a smooth, wear-resistant mesh surface, with firmly locked warp and weft intersections to prevent aperture deformation after long-term use.
Our test sieves feature precise dimensional consistency: sieves of the same model produced on different dates share identical aperture sizes to guarantee repeatable test results.
Tyler sieve apertures are close to GB/T 6003.1-1997 standards. For example, Chinese No.140 sieve has a 106 μm aperture, while US standard 140# and Tyler 150# sieves have a 105 μm aperture. Custom production is available upon customer requests. We can equip matching Tyler sieves with 105 μm mesh that meet all aperture and appearance requirements.
Perforated plate test sieves are manufactured to GB/T 6003.2-1997 and international standard ISO3310-2:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series.
We also supply tapping sieve shakers and standard sieve shakers matched to φ200 standard test sieves. These shakers comply with national standards and support stacking up to 8 layers of standard sieves. Built-in timers enable automatic shutdown to ensure consistent results across every production batch and laboratory test.
