Several Methods to Effectively Prevent Mesh Blockage of Rotary Vibrating Sieve

When the material has fine particle size, high mud content and small screening size, moisture plays a decisive role in causing mesh blockage.

If the material moisture content exceeds 5% and drying treatment is unavailable, targeted selection of sieve surface and mesh aperture shall be carried out.

When the moisture content is higher than 8%, wet screening shall be adopted.

For materials containing a large amount of flaky particles, it is necessary to adjust the material crushing method and the particle size matching of different crushing processes.

Proper adjustment of mesh tension is an effective way to reduce mesh clogging. Appropriate tension enables the sieve mesh to generate slight secondary vibration together with the supporting beams, so as to effectively alleviate blockage. The specific operation is to equip tension hooks with constant tension structures, i.e. install springs on tension bolts.
