From multiple perspectives, below are updates to the workshop management system designed to improve workers’ efficiency: conduct skill training for new employees and transferred staff. Those who pass assessments can be assigned master technicians for guidance. The Production & Technology Department carries out unscheduled inspections on skill implementation and discipline compliance. Specifications and technical requirements on drawings must be strictly followed.

All technical parameters and process requirements specified in drawings and technical documents shall be fully complied with and rigorously implemented. Raw materials, semi-finished products and spare parts must undergo self-inspection upon entering the workshop. Only those meeting standards or passing concession acceptance procedures can be put into production; otherwise, production is prohibited. Standards, drawings and process formulas shall be enforced stringently, and applications shall be submitted if revision or modification is required.

After testing, rational production proposals, technical improvements and new material applications shall be submitted to the Production & Technology Department for approval. Testing, evaluation and inspection are mandatory, and the items can only be used in mass production after relevant technical documents are updated. Newly manufactured tooling shall be inspected and tested.

If test results show no abnormalities and the product meets production requirements, the Production Department shall establish a warehouse tooling account book, complete formalities for outgoing, maintenance and scrapping in accordance with regulations, and keep complete records. Records shall cover equipment usage, measuring tool application, station equipment operation, precision maintenance and technical upkeep.
