It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of stainless steel wire mesh, precision sieves (2–800 mesh), test sieves, screening inspection fixtures and vibrating equipment of various materials.

We have maintained Class A tax credit rating for three consecutive years. Currently, we are one of the few manufacturers capable of producing 800-mesh square-hole sieves, 1-micron single-layer stainless steel filter screens, and standard 1-micron square-hole test sieves for ultrafine powder.

Main Products

(1) High-precision metal square-hole sieves: Aperture size ranges from 8.00 mm to 0.015 mm (1–800 mesh per inch).

Metal dense-weave filter screens: Specifications cover 7×40 / 0.90×0.71 up to 500×3800 with aperture 0.036×0.025 mm, featuring filtration precision from 315 μm down to 1 μm.

(2) φ200 standard test sieve sets: Aperture size 8.00–0.001 mm (sieve size No. 5/16 ~ 5800#).

φ75 precision electroformed sieve sets: Aperture range 500–3 μm with allowable aperture deviation of ±3–1 μm.

(3) New threaded fasteners: Regular and self-locking wire thread inserts ranging from M1.2 to M45 mm.

(4) Custom-developed filter discs, filter cartridges and filters. Widely applied for purification and filtration in gas and hydraulic systems such as chemical fiber, polyester melt, lubricating oil, fuel oil and oilfield water injection, they achieve filtration precision as high as 1 μm. Their quality matches equivalent foreign products, serving as a viable import substitute.
