Product Details
Test sieves are classified by sieve cloth materials into woven wire mesh test sieves and perforated metal plate test sieves. The frames, covers and pans of test sieves are precision fabricated from stainless steel. They are mainly applied for particle size analysis and inspection of granular materials, widely used in abrasive, geological exploration, metallurgy, pharmacopoeia, chemical, building material and other industries for sieving and testing granular materials, precise grading of fine particles, as well as quality inspection and control in mass production.
Φ200 test sieve frames are primarily mounted on vibrating test sieve shakers for particle size analysis and testing; they can also be used manually to analyze and inspect powder and granular materials.
Woven wire mesh test sieves are manufactured in accordance with national standard GB/T6003.1-2012. The basic aperture sizes range from 2.36 mm to 0.038 mm, and custom special apertures are available upon customer request with precision ranging from 2360 μm to 1 μm. They comply with international standards ISO3310-1, R20/3, R20 and R40/3. Available mesh materials include brass, tin bronze and stainless steel.
