Digital Control Standard Test Sieve | Lab Sieve Product Features
The sieve frame is deep-drawn and polished from SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel with a wall thickness of 0.6mm. Its mirror-like surface is integrally formed for sturdiness and durability, and the frame is non-magnetic. The mesh is soldered to the frame with tin solder to prevent loosening, and it can withstand temperatures below 300°C.
Another type of sieve frame is deep-drawn and polished SUS304 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 6mm, featuring mirror finish, high durability and non-magnetic property. The mesh is fixed to the frame by tin welding without sagging.
Aperture consistency: All apertures are manufactured strictly according to marked specifications, ensuring identical aperture sizes for the same model produced at different times.
For woven wire mesh test sieves, the minimum square aperture reaches 0.02 mm (20 μm), and the minimum triangular aperture is 0.005 mm (5 μm). Meshes are woven in compliance with GB/T6003.1-1997, matching international standard ISO3310-1:1990 for R20/3, R20 and R40/3 series. Available mesh materials include H80 brass and SUS304 stainless steel.
Electroplating and chemical finishing can be applied to create smooth, wear-resistant mesh surfaces; warp and weft intersections are firmly bonded to avoid aperture deformation after long-term use.
Our test sieves feature precise dimensional control: identical aperture sizes are guaranteed for the same model regardless of production batch, ensuring consistent test results.
Tyler sieve apertures are close to GB/T6003.1-1997 specifications. For example, Chinese No.140 sieve has a 106 μm aperture, while US standard 140# and Tyler 150# sieves feature a 105 μm aperture. Custom production is available upon customer request. We can supply matching Tyler sieves with 105 μm apertures that meet all requirements for aperture accuracy and appearance.
Perforated plate test sieves are fabricated to GB/T6003.2-1997 and comply with ISO3310-2:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series.
We also manufacture tapping sieve shakers and standard sieve shakers compatible with Φ200 standard test sieves. These shakers meet national standards and can hold up to 8 layers of standard sieves. Built-in timers support automatic timed shutdown to guarantee repeatable test and production outcomes.
