Product Details
Our factory boasts years of experience manufacturing metal wire mesh products. We are equipped with advanced domestic wire mesh production machinery, processing equipment and high-precision testing instruments. We supply a full spectrum of mesh specifications and operate a stringent, reliable quality assurance system to guarantee superior product quality.
Woven metal wire mesh is mainly applied for solid particle sieving, fluid filtration, decoration, dust prevention, framework support and other applications.
All woven wire mesh is manufactured in compliance with Aviation Standard HB1862-93 and National Standard GB5330-2003, equivalent to International Standard ISO9044-90. Two weaving patterns are available: plain weave and twill weave. Premium brass, tin bronze, stainless steel, pure nickel and other materials are adopted for mesh fabrication.
Square woven wire mesh covers R10, R20 and R40/3 series, with aperture sizes ranging from 6.00 mm to 0.020 mm (3 to 635 meshes per inch).
Test sieves are categorized by application into general test sieves, custom-processed test sieves, consolidated abrasive particle size inspection sieves, coated abrasive particle size inspection sieves, casting test sieves and special diamond inspection sieves.
Classified by sieve surface material, test sieves fall into three types: woven wire mesh test sieves, perforated metal plate test sieves and electroformed mesh sheets.
Woven wire mesh test sieves are produced to National Standard GB/T6003.1-1997. Their basic aperture sizes range from 2.36 mm to 0.038 mm, conforming to International Standard ISO3310-1:1990 including R20/3, R20 and R40/3 series. Mesh materials include brass, tin bronze and stainless steel.
Meshes with apertures between 2.36 μm and 100 μm undergo nickel plating. This treatment improves aperture precision, prevents mesh deformation, and delivers high rigidity, outstanding wear resistance and long service life.
Perforated metal plate test sieves comply with National Standard GB/T6003.2-1997 and International Standard ISO3310-2:1990 R20/3, R20 and R40/3 series. They are made of red copper and manufactured via electrochemical machining.
Electroformed test sieves are produced through precision electroforming. Aperture sizes range from 500 μm to 5 μm with an absolute aperture tolerance of 2–3 μm. They are widely used in universities, research institutes and the diamond industry.
The frames, covers and receiving pans of all test sieves are precision crafted from high-grade stainless steel.
Test sieves are primarily used for particle size analysis and inspection of granular materials. They are extensively adopted for sieving and testing granular products in abrasives, geological exploration, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, chemical, construction material and other industries.
